I can't stop binging and after adjectives myself!?
I weighed like 10 stone within the summer and really hated it as i have other been naturally slim. So i manage to loose weight between september-october and got down to around 8 stone 5 but i kind of put loads on again due to christmas and stuff and now weigh give or take a few 9 stone. Everytime i try to diet i can't control myself and end up binging on junk food and stuff. Eating within moderation just doesn't work for me. Once i let progress, i eat so much. I am 15 and am about 5"7. What should i do to stop myself binging on food? Thankyou :) x
Answers: Everytime you're hungry, drink a pint of water.
Don't hold snacks you enjoy overeating with surrounded by your home. Force yourself to eat the right portions, and only 3 times a time. Snacking is the cause of most weight gain. Also don't get through after 8pm, your body stores more fatty substances at this time during the night when your not as active. If you stability your calories and exercise then weight gain shouldn't be a problem. It's adjectives about self disapline. When you feel approaching eating do crunches or find an activity to distract you. we devour the most when we are bored. good luck!
you are doing fine, you need to eat smaller amount tho and exercise more
from what you hold described this may be bulimia so go to a doctor don't just dismiss this notion
i similar to to compete with other people that try to lose weightiness.
you can also try weigh yourself and reminding yourself of your goal.
good luck!
whats a stone? if i knew what it was i would sustainsorry Hi Anna
Also, please bin the scales!! I used to run a slimming clinic lots of citizens would drop dress sizes but would be upset if it did not show on the scales, as women our weights fluctuate throughout the month and also muscle weighs more than fat.
I would suggest you stop trying to diet-each time you do this you get the impression that you will be deprived of all the nice food and then start over intake (we think we need to catch it all in formerly the famine starts).
could try to eat small protein snacks to even out your blood sugars which will stop sugar/carb cravings.
One technique I use to stop myself binging, is to say I can own that snack/choc but just not yet later wait ten minutes and then assume if I had eaten it -it would own been gone, so why do I want it now I don't entail it.daft little technique I know but worth a try.
Also when you feel you are bingeing, stop and just try intake consciously and slowly.
her thing to remember is that when you eat sugars, including polite carbohydrates such as white rice, white pasta, white bread and potatoes your blood sugars rise, you release insulin which in term lead you into wanting more sugars----it's a vicious cycle hence introducing more proteins or complex carbs such as wholegrain.
Please don't get too caught up contained by it- just go next to a healthy diet with plenty of veg (particularly green) and proteins such as poultry, fish, eggs, nuts seed. Three pieces of fruit a day at mealtimes. Generally foods beside a lower glycaemic load, there is an excellent book by Patrick Holford on this subject.
Anna, please stop worrying yourself, I truly believe that once you stop worrying in the order of dieting you will stop obsessing about food -if you read spinal column the sentence you wrote-everytime I try to diet I cant control myselfyou can see that your problem is trying to diet so dont diet.
